Meet nr. 25 !

Hi Hi !^-^


   So we had a few days to relax after the Maxi meet and some of us after Peninsula too , but the mini break is over and time for the next meet ! :D . On  September 2  we will have a meeting from 5pm at..... the fortress (cetate) this very well be one of the last outdoor meets for this year, we will start Season 3 at our usual in school-time location . What will we do? We will have killer, otaku challenge and werewolfs of millers hollow,and new member initiation ! Since we didn't finish all the games on the maxi meet this will be like the continuation of it. Also the persons who won at the treasure hunt will get their prizes so be sure to come to the meeting :D. See ya there!

    I apologies for what happened at the Maxi meet, i'm referring to the fact that we didn't stick to the program and waited so late to start the treasure hunt, I was a fool to stay and wait for some people to arrive, when they did not show up at all in the end. Hope you all had a great time regardless to this problem . We will have a review of the event tomorrow, our Review host the mysterious Xelos will post it and I'll link it here .

Maxi meet 22.08.2012

 Hi hi hi! ^0^


          So it's time for our special meet with special guests ! Are you excited? It will be a blast ! We had a whole team on the organizing and they were all working really hard to make everything perfect for you guys :D ! Wednesday from 5 pm , we are waiting for you at the city fortress to participate in the biggest event until now held at our club. 5 hours of active games, chat, anime, manga, and prizes of course. So don't forget to bring your creativity, imagination and energy pack! (you'll need it, trust me on this one )

      Sorry for updating on things this late but i was really really busy . So our next MEET is this SUNDAY from 5:00 pm , in the FORTRESS (cetate) , we will meet at the Delma park at 4:50 (no need for those who knows where we hold the meets usually ) . It will be something new and fun , with some game tests and also planing for the maxi meet on the 22nd . Be sure to join us !

     Volunteers needed : Team 1 : Promotion - put up posters all round the city, tomorrow (friday)  we will have a special team meeting from 4, at B&B cafe . So if you'd like to join us, be sure to be there, if you can't then be sure to contact me : neko..1993@yahoo.com
                                    Team 2 : Organizing - they will make the games, and set up everything that's needed for them . You can volunteer on our facebook group or page , or by contacting me :neko.1993@yahoo.com.There were requests so this team will also join tomorrows special meeting and will have a training .
                                     Team 3: Blogging - I need 2 more persons for the blog , someone who will make updates for the events (cons , meeting ,expositions ) that are held by others, like Mondocon ,Yoshicon  etc, and someone who will update the weekly favorite part, which means once a week post a anime on the page reserved for this and put up infos bout it .

Meet 22 updates

HI HI ! ^-^

So the list i published like 2 weeks ago is still available with the days on which we have meets and other stuff, that means tomorrow we'll have a meeting from 5pm at the fortress (cetate ) if it's a good weather if not then in Le &  Le games (if you don't know where it is msg me on facebook : Neko Kurosaki ) . We'll have games  and plannings for the future so hope to see you there :D . It's gonna be fun fun fun .

  And the other special thing is that tomorrow night we'll have a huge meteor shower and we are planning to go and see it, so if you come to the meet , or join us after but it's a show you shouldn't miss :D .

End of september - Yoshicon , anime con held at Oradea, we will participate at the event as visitors , and I will be a Staff member at the Karaoke room , details coming soon
October 13-14 - Mondocon , Budapest,  huge 2 days long anime con, we are also planning to go .
